These terms govern your use of the APEX ELITE Mobile Fleet & Auto website and mobile mechanic services. By scheduling service or browsing our site, you accept these terms.
Services
We provide on-site automotive repair, diagnostics, roadside assistance, and performance installation services in the Greater Houston area. Service availability, pricing, and turnaround are confirmed at the time of booking. Estimates are provided in good faith and may change once a full inspection is performed on-site.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and major cards. Labor rates are disclosed before work begins.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, undisclosed damage, or failure to diagnose intermittent issues. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for loss or damage beyond the scope of the work agreed upon.
